1 Stop Training Academy

1 Stop Healthcare is delighted to announce the introduction of 1 Stop Training Academy.

As a business, we believe strongly in personal and professional development, and in partnership with QCF Assessors, local Government and colleges, we have launched our new 1 Stop Training Academy. Our Academy will develop employees and apprentices to be “the best they can be” in their specific skill areas, with a clear development plan tailored to each individual.

The Academy gives potential candidates the opportunity to thrive within the care industry, allowing them to grow from their first day in a home into a fully trained senior, specialising in either Healthcare or Support work.

Our 15 month programme supports potential candidates through their Care Certificate and QCF qualification, in addition to on the job training and development.

Alongside our Training Academy, we have also launched an Apprentice Scheme in head office, which has allowed young, passionate individuals to kick start their growth in their chosen career path.

We would encourage Care providers with staff shortages in East Anglia to work with us on developing new professionals to the sector through 1 Stop Academy.
