Christie & Co completes sale of North Somerset care home

Specialist property advisor Christie & Co has completed the sale of Oak Tree Lodge care home in Clevedon, North Somerset.

The 34-bed, three floor, converted Victorian house was sold on behalf of Richard and Sue Pike to Manor Community.

Deian Glyn, one of Manor Community’s directors, said: “The acquisition of Oak Tree Lodge was a natural fit for us. We were struck by the high quality of care provided at the home and we look forward to continuing the person-centred care provided by the long-standing team there.”

Richard and Sue commented: “We would like to thank all our staff, residents, families and friends for their support over the years. We wish Deian the very best at Oaktree Lodge.”
