Business Administrator Apprentice Full Time Permanent

 We are recruiting for a Business Administrator Apprentice to join our team in our Colchester office!

Hours – Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:45pm (37.75 hours a week)

Possible start date – Friday 3rd January 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: You’ll help with daily office tasks such as data entry, managing documents, and filing across various departments.
• Communication: Handling phone calls professionally, managing correspondence, and relaying messages.
• Scheduling & Calendar Management: Assisting with scheduling interviews and managing team calendars.
• Database Maintenance: Keeping records accurate and up to date.
• Document Preparation: Assisting in preparing reports, presentations, and other key documents.
• Recruitment Assistance: Supporting recruitment consultants with candidate compliance checks and paperwork.
• General Office Duties: Ordering supplies and helping with various ad hoc tasks as required.
