Shaw healthcare duo pioneer dementia training for residents’ relatives

Richard Sayer and Caroline Carter of Shaw healthcare have pioneered an innovative dementia training programme for relatives of residents living with dementia.

The training scheme, which was recognised in CHP’s Leaders in Care 2018, helps families understand what dementia is and offers guidance on developing more positive and supportive interactions.
