Recruitment platform novacare is to engage with industry leaders so that it can serve the latest industry trends and demand.

The Edinburgh based company has signalled its intention to actively engage with all relevant UK based stakeholders, including UKHCA, Scottish Care, COSLA, ADASS, the Care Inspectorate, Scottish Social Services Council and Disclosure Scotland.

Co-Founder and CEO of novacare, Stephen Wilson, (pictured) said: “We are working to engage all of the relevant industry stakeholders and immerse ourselves in the health and social care market to really understand what our customers wants and needs. novacare is working to support local authorities, NHS and service providers to recruit high quality staff more efficiently, reliably and cost effectively. The Edinburgh based software company aims to solve the key problems faced by the industry by putting the user at the heart of its products.
