Mark will be responsible for leading the catering team, setting standards in food preparation and monitoring the quality of food and service. He will look after the implementation of a safe, well-balanced meal provision across Borough Care’s homes.
A key part of this will be working with suppliers, to ensure the sustainability of the food served, and providing tailor made food packages for residents with special dietary requirements. Mark’s role will also include leading on the training and development of the catering teams at each of Borough Care’s homes.
Mark joins Borough Care from St George Healthcare Group, where he was catering services manager. St George Healthcare Group provides care and rehabilitation for people with various neurological conditions, people who are deaf and those with mental health issues.
