Caring Homes appoints new operations director

Julia Bentley has been appointed operations director of leading provider of residential, nursing and dementia care, Caring Homes.

She joins Julie Mason, senior operations director, and Adam Wilkins as part of the senior operational team and has held a number of senior roles within the care sector over the last 20 years, most recently as managing director for Burlington Care.

Julia, who has a proven track record for driving growth whilst improving compliance, quality and governance, and is keen to get out into the business, said: “I’m looking forward to meeting everyone, including regional and home managers, in our homes during the next few weeks and together ensuring that we provide the highest quality and standard of care.
