Christie & Co completes Hull care home sale

Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has completed the sale of West Park Care Home in Hull to Your Care Provider Limited.

The home, which was purpose-built in the 1990s, provides accommodation for up to 40 residents, and was rated ‘good’ in all areas following its last CQC inspection.

“West Park was sold following a structured marketing campaign with the legal work and CQC registration completed within 10 weeks of the offer being accepted.
