The winner of the Recruitment & Training Award goes to My Learning Cloud.

The recipient of this award is always looking to improve its product, service and standard of training in health and social care.

Over the past 12 months, My Learning Cloud has been working with Skills for Care to improve the standard of eLearning in the sector.

Together, the partners have teamed up to write the endorsement framework, producing the Endorsed Provider and Approved Programme quality assurance marks.

Over the next 12 months, My Learning Cloud will continue to work with Skills for Care on several projects helping to improve the quality and consistency of care training.

As well as expanding its team, My Learning Cloud has become more proactive in obtaining customer feedback and also launched its Cloud Forum networking events this year. Through these avenues, the business can hear what is working, what isn’t working and what customers want to see happening which has enabled My Learning Cloud to continually improve the service it provides.

The company’s chief executive, Steven Embleton, said: “I am absolutely astounded and amazed that we’ve got this and it’s a testament to what our cultural values are as an organization – to always push forward what learning and development is in the sector.”
