Philippa has retained her Nursing Registration and holds an Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care Management.
She is passionate about the delivery of safe, reliable quality care and uses her knowledge and experience to ensure policies and procedures are evidence-based and a useful tool to make a manager’s life easier.
Mat Whittingham, CEO at QCS, said: “This is great news not only for QCS specifically but also for the 45,000 users of the QCS system. All our users are going to have the opportunity to directly benefit from Philippa’s knowledge and experience. The policy content that our software delivers is one of our essential USPs and Philippa will be instrumental in developing it.”
Philippa said: “The challenges that face the care sector are huge. To hold a position where it’s possible to influence outcomes for so many service users is very exciting. We have some fascinating plans to develop the content available on the QCS system over the next few months and I look forward to bringing these ideas to life.”
