[ad_1]
Amanda Keable has been appointed as the new manager of Willow Tree Nursing Home in Rugby, Warwickshire.
With over 20 years’ experience, starting her career as a carer and then moving into senior management roles within the industry, Amanda plans to improve the home’s already high standards of care, while also striving to achieve an ‘outstanding’ rating for the home’s dementia standards.
“Willow Tree is an amazing home for residents and I am thrilled to be here as the home’s new manager,” Amanda said.
“First and foremost, the home has a first-class reputation for its care and the quality of the staff. I want to ensure those standards stay high every single day, but also look for areas where we can be outstanding.
“Over the coming months, and working with the team, I also want to bring in new ideas which will build on the great events and community programme we have.”
Willow Tree Nursing Home is part of the Redwood Healthcare Group and is set over an acre of private grounds. The home specialises in caring for elderly patients requiring personal, nursing and dementia care.
