Runwood Homes appoints Head of Commissioning and Premium Services

Runwood Homes has appointed Peta Mandleberg as its Head of Commissioning and Premium Services.

With 20 years’ experience in the care sector, Peta will oversee the national roll-out of Runwood’s planned new residences that will sit under its new sister brand targeted at the high-end, premium senior living market.

Peta said: “I am passionate about ensuring older people actively enjoy later life and strive to enable people to be in much greater control of how they live on a minute-by-minute basis. I like to do things differently; avoiding the ‘vanilla’ offering of some care homes.

“As more and more homes are being purpose built and replacing a lot of older services which no longer meet market expectations, it is key that service levels and build standards deliver fantastic standards of lifestyle as well as care and that they also represent value for money.”

Peta brings extensive experience in senior managerial positions within the elderly care sector and an extensive track record in commissioning homes, marketing, business development and operations.
