The Care Home Coach rebrands as SP&P

Simon Parker, founder of The Care Home Coach, has announced the rebranding of his business as SP&P.
Simon (pictured) said the branding and repositioning was made to better reflect the range of services offered by the business.
“Our evolution has been entirely market driven,” said Simon.
“We started out by providing coaching services, focusing on things like developing a high-performance culture, delivering outstanding care, achieving optimum business performance, etc.
“But our clients began asking us to do things like provide operational due diligence for their acquisition targets, and help them source off-market deals. It didn’t take us long to realise that we were going to have to rebrand and reposition ourselves to ensure that our name reflected our new range of services. That’s why we chose to go down the professional services route and rebrand ourselves as SP&P.”
SP&P helps clients build high-performance teams; deliver outstanding care; grow their business; and buy and sell care homes off market.
In addition, the business has launched a weekly video podcast where Simon is inviting leaders and influencers from within the sector to unpack and explore the biggest challenges facing the sector.
To date, guest speakers have included Neil Eastwood (author of Saving Social Care), Mike Corbett (Event Manager for the Residential and Home Care Show), Adam Hutchison (MD Belmont Healthcare), Vic Rayner (Executive Director of the National Care Forum) and Ben Allen, the founder and CEO of Oomph! Wellness.
